Date Crunch
INGREDIANTS:
- 8oz Digestive biscuits
- 3oz stoned dates
- 3oz butter
- 2tbsps golden syrup
- 3oz sultanas
- 2 x 150g milk chocolate
- Line a shallow 7inch tin with foil
- Crush biscuits
- Chop dates
- Heat butter & syrup together until melted
- Stir in crushed biscuits/sultanas and dates
- Mix well
- Spoon into tin
- Press tightly with back of spoon
- chill for 1hr

- Melt chocolate, spoon over mixture and chill
